Q: How long does shipping take?
After you place your order please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. After your order is processed, fulfilled and sent to the shipping carrier you will receive a tracking number through email.

2-6 weeks production time + the shipping option the customer selected.
Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Please keep in mind order processing and fulfillment may take 1-2 business days. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 2 business days please check your spam folders.

Q: What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
Huerta Jewelry accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of the date of delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange please contact our customer support team via email at support@huertajewelry.com or contact us through our website's live chat located floating on the bottom right of our website. Please note returns made without contacting our team will not be processed.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you have placed the order we may or may not be able to change or cancel your order depending on if your order has been fulfilled and shipped or not. If you recently placed an order and need to change or update something on your order please contact us immediately via our websites live chat and provide your name and order number to see if we can still change or cancel your order.
***If you input the incorrect shipping address at checkout, Huerta Jewelry cannot be held liable to refund or replace your order. Please double check your address before and after submitting your order. If you made a mistake on your shipping address after placing your order please contact us immediately (within 30 minutes) right after placing your order.
Q: I didn't receive my package but my tracking number says it was delivered?
HUERTA JEWELRY is not liable for lost or missing packages once the tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your package, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate your package after following the steps above, please contact us. Dependent on the circumstances, we may or may not be able to replace your order.

If we are unable to answer your question, please visit the contact us page and provide us with the question and how we can assist you. We will respond to the request within 24 hours during regular business hours.
