Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Huerta Jewelry. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.


Return Eligibility

Refunds

  • Eligible within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Eligible within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

All requests must be submitted before the eligibility window expires.


Exchange-Only Items

The following items are NOT eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged or issued store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging:

  • Solid 10k & 14k Gold Jewelry

  • Made-to-order Jewelry

Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit:

  • Earrings

  • Custom Jewelry

  • Gift Cards


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return, exchange, or store credit, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your request

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.


Return Processing

  • Returned items are inspected within 72 hours of receipt

  • Items showing wear, damage, or use will be denied

  • Approved outcomes:

    • Refunds → issued to the original payment method within 3 business days

    • Store Credit → issued as a digital credit or gift card

    • Exchanges → replacement item shipped once approved

Please allow 3–10 business days for refunds to reflect on your statement.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they enter fulfillment

  • Approved cancellations receive store credit only

  • Refunds are not available for canceled orders

  • Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins


Important Notes

  • Items must be securely packaged; damaged returns may be rejected

  • Huerta Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  • Abuse of return privileges may result in refusal of future requests

  • Huerta Jewelry reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet policy criteria
