First, submit your inquiry and we'll send you an estimate. If you decide to move forward, we create a 3D CAD design of your piece for $250, which is credited toward your final order. This lets you see exactly how your piece will look before anything is made. Once you approve the final CAD, we'll provide your exact final quote, and production begins only after you confirm. Please note the CAD fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed.

Most custom orders take 4 to 6 weeks from CAD approval to delivery. Complex pieces with heavy stone setting may take longer. We'll give you a timeline with your quote and keep you updated at every stage.
