You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. However, please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for non-defective products, and shipping costs are non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at Support@huertajewelry.com or use our website's live chat and provide your order number.
Once we receive your returned item(s), it will take up to 72 hours to process your request. We'll inspect the items for wear and tear or damage, and we won't be able to refund or exchange worn or damaged items. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please be aware that certain items, including Earrings, Custom Jewelry, Solid 10k & 14k Gold Jewelry, Gift Cards, and Made-to-order Products, are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your return is approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, typically within 3-10 business days.
