Shipping policy

At Huerta Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and with the level of service you expect from a premium brand. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process.


Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

  • In-stock items: Ship the same business day if ordered before 12:00 PM PST
  • Solid gold pieces: Require 2–3 business days for processing
  • Made-to-order & custom jewelry: Require 4–5 weeks for production before shipment

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the selected delivery method at checkout.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping speeds at checkout to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–5 business days
  • Expedited & Express Options: Available at checkout (including next-day air in select areas)
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and selected service

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.


Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $99
  • Shipping upgrades are available at checkout for an additional fee
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.


Insurance & Lost Packages

All shipments are fully insured.

In the rare event your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a claim on your behalf.

  • Claims typically take 5–7 business days to resolve
  • Once approved, we will issue a replacement or resolution accordingly

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost:
    • We will reship your order once at no additional cost
    • Additional reshipments may require a reshipping fee

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout through Shopify Managed Markets.

This means:

  • No surprise fees upon delivery
  • A smoother and faster customs process

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing

Huerta Jewelry is not responsible for delays once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier.


High-Value Orders

For security purposes:

  • Orders over $350 will require a signature upon delivery

This ensures your jewelry arrives safely and securely.


Split Shipments

In some cases, items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment if your order is split.
