Peace of Mind Guarantee

We want you to love your Huerta Jewelry! That's why we offer a 60-Day Quality Guarantee. This guarantee covers any defects in how your jewelry was made (craftsmanship) for 60 days from the day you receive it.

What's Covered:

  • Broken links or clasps
  • Stones that become loose or missing due to a manufacturing defect

We will repair or replace your jewelry piece, at our discretion. 

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tarnish 
  • Damage from:
    • Accidents (dropping, bumping, water damage, etc.)
    • Improper use (using jewelry for the wrong activity)
    • Unauthorized repairs (by someone other than a qualified jeweler)

Additional Information:

  • This guarantee only applies to the original buyer and cannot be transferred.
  • Warranty is void if repairs or changes are made by someone other than Huerta Jewelry or an authorized jeweler.
  • This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from Huerta Jewelry or authorized retailers.

What if my jewelry needs repair after 60 days?

Even though the warranty expires after 60 days, we may still be able to repair your jewelry for a fee. Please contact us for a quote!
