I have yet to receive my replacement chain, not a good experience so far

i love this ring so much i’ve worn it since the day i unpackaged it! i lost weight and the ring now fits big it slips off so i’ll definitely be ordering the same exact one in a smaller size! i seriously love it definitely recommend it and ill keep repurchasing it if i have too
