I ordered that bracelet for my girlfriend as a gift and it turns out that it never arrived it was lost in the course or I don't know what happened and I've been fighting with this for days and they don't give me clear answers on their part they only give me long and long while I lost my money that they charged me for something that I didn't receive terrible delivery service and shipping zero guarantee being that without valuable and precious jewels to date I continue with the claim to the company that doesn't solve me they don't want to deliver my order or send a new one or a refund I'm really upset so if you want a purchase review (don't buy here it could be a scam) thank you

This is a review both of the great product but also the service. I had an issue with the postal service's handling/delivery of this item but the staff were EXCEPTIONAL - very attentive, reassuring, and quick to respond, as far as any issues they could help resolve on their side.
