REFUND POLICY

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please note a 15% restocking fee will be applied on all refunds on non-defective products and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please e-mail us at support@huertajewelry.com or contact us through our websites live chat within 14 days of receiving your order about a return or exchange. Please have your order number ready to assist you faster.


Once we receive your returned item(s) please allow up to 72 hours to process your return/exchange. Our staff that is in charge of returns & exchanges will inspect any returned items to check for wear and tear or misuse. We will not exchange or refund items that have been worn or damaged. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. *Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or contacting us will not be accepted.

  • Custom Jewelry
  • Solid 10k & 14k Gold Jewelry
  • Gift Cards
  • Made to order Products

Refunds (If Applicable)

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too so please allow 3-10 business days for for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best we can. However, please note that once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it can no longer be canceled.

  1. If you need to cancel your order, we’re happy to offer store credit for the full amount. Cancellations for a refund are not available.

  2. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. We recommend reaching out to our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
